Light weight but calorie dense satisfying snacks
Options
Can anyone suggest snack ideas around 100-150 cals a portion that is calorie rich but feels lightweight? For example popcorn, Food Doctor bars or energy balls. I need ideas for on-the-go easy to organise snacks that I can eat in between activities.
Tha only caveat is that the snack must be NUT FREE as I work in a school which has an extremely strict nut-free policy because of allergies.

String cheese. Comes already wrapped in individual portions. They survive for days in a book bag.2

Kashi Pumpkin Spice granola bars are awesome tasting and filling...these are dry granola bars, not chewy.
EDIT - I just read the ingredients and saw almond butter as the very last ingredient. Still a great tasting and filling snack AWAY from your school though.1 -
