Can anyone tell me what this tastes like? I would most likely use it on oatmeal, but I'd like to be able to drink it alone or possibly add to coffee or tea as well.

Currently, I buy and like Silk's cashew milk and their nut milk blend, but I only use it on oatmeal and end up throwing out most of the container since I only eat oatmeal once or twice a week usually.

Actually, could I cook the nut milk (e.g., add to an Indian curry)?

It's rather embarrassing, but I rarely cook. I make excellent pasta dishes, but rarely make pasta anymore (diabetic).

Thanks in advance!

It tastes like coconut, just like almond milk tastes like almonds, and cashew milk tastes like cashews. Soy milk is just yuck.

I buy unsweetened vanilla or unsweetened chocolate almond milk for drinking, and that's not bad. The chocolate is really good (Blue Diamond is the only one that makes that, at least that I can find.)

Yes, you can cook with any of the milk alternatives. I do it all the time.

I've bought it numerous times. Tastes nice alone, quite coconutty. It's great on oatmeal and in smoothies. I personally wouldn't sub it for a can of coconut milk in cooking though - especially in Indian/Malaysian/Thai where you are looking for a stronger coconut base to offset the heat and/or spice. It's not potent or sweet enough.
