Does anyone know any bread which is healthy and has the lowest carbohydrates?

My friend gets hers at Low carb mega store. 3g carbs per slice.1

Hovis Half and Half is lovely and its 15g per slice, Nimble wholemeal is 8g but the slice is smaller. Just looking in Carbs and Cals book though and it has white bread listed as 33g per slice! Never seen any that high!0

Eat whole wheat bread and you're fine, carbs won't kill you mate0
