Who else needs coffee to boost themselves up in the morning!?

Anyone else have a different pick me up?

Energy drinks? Tea? Espresso? Thrive?

Just kind of curious.

I switched to good strong tea long ago. Love it.

Nothing wrong with coffee, apparently. I just don't like the taste and it bothers my stomach.

I need to drink coffee to keep it from getting moldy in the coffee pot. Yes. That's a good reason.

Why can't I make kombucha with coffee?

I make espresso from my Bialetti Moka Express. It's a beautiful machine.

I need my coffee in the mornings because most days I get up at 4am for work. I do Thrive and they say not to drink coffee so I cut my Thrive portions in half. I get the benefits of Thrive and also get to enjoy my coffee. I also cut the cost of the products and only need a shipment every 2 months.
  • Can't get through the day without either a skinny caramel macchiato (with sugar free vanilla) or a skinny gingerbread latte. Don't hate on me...

I like a little coffee with my sugar and flavored creamer, yes.

One cup of black coffee REALLY helps my workout routine in the morning.

Four cups of coffee every morning - except before races. Then I only have two so I won't spend as much time in the bathroom. Coffee is actually very good for you, according to a lot of studies.

I'm about to transition to afternoon/evening rides, but I pretty much ride early in the AM during the summer. I'm usually up around 5:30 and gear up and then have a cup or two of coffee out on the patio and hit the road about 6 AM with my bike.

Mornings are getting too dark now so I'll be transitioning to afternoon/evening rides this week.

Workdays I'll steep a pot of loose leaf Yerba maté to bring in a four cup bottle I have and most of the time that gets me through the next 12-13 hr shift. However, I keep a french press and coffee grounds at work should I need a bit more later in the day. No sugar added to either.

I enjoy both coffee and tea, but I like the maté, as it makes me a bit less jittery and doesn't mess with my stomach at all.
