Action plan for August....

The plan for the month of August is:
- Zero Alcohol
- ceareal/fruit smoothie in the mornings
- mid morning fruit
- lunch salad/ soup
- mid afternoon fruit
- pre gym protein shake
- dinner - steamed fish/chicken and veg

also going to be running a lot more...need to kick this up a gear

one coffee per day (can't completely quit) follwed by herbal teas and water.

    Is there any need to cut out alcohol though? You can have a treat, just make it a Saturday for your alcohol? It's all about balance and moderation :)

    Alcohol = cheating on diet!! I will be fine without it :) I usually do a month free every year :)

    Good luck-it's taken me until 10:56 am (Im in the UK) to actually notice its now August. This has given me the idea of starting my own August challenge. Starting with a walk after dinner tonight. :)
