    Good Monday everyone. The scale is moving in the wrong direction for me, which is no surprise. I struggle with depression and last week was a bad one. I ate every single one of them feelings. But I'm determined to just let it go and start this week with a fresh perspective. Any words of encouragement will be greatly appreciated!! Hope ya'll are having a better go at it than I am!

    Don't beat yourself up... I did the same thing this past week. I'm an emotional eater so when I get stressed out I eat bad. Some advice for you and myself is to eat one bad thing instead of several. Some words of encouragement are: you're better than your situation don't let it hold you back from reaching your goal this week.

    Im in. Would love to actually hit some goals. Been working on it for about 6 weeks pretty hard and virtually no progress so hoping that things really kick into gear.

    Sept. 11 - 197.6 Crazy emotional week. Not eating good all weekend and not eating enough during the week caused this. Not sure how to feel about this. Hope it keeps moving in that direction though. Just would like it under happier and healthier conditions.
