                    Hi Looking to motivate everyone in their weight loss journey. so I thought I would make this challenge to lose 25 pounds by January 1 2018  challenge starts.      9-11-17 and ends 1-1-18 any and everyone can join at anytime just log your current weight and at the end of the challenge log your weight and pounds lost any weight loss is good good weight loss

            Wow I was just thinking about how I want to lose 30 pounds by New Years. This is great. Currently at 155, goal 125. I am 5'1".

 Hi acouchfuentes once you log your current weight on this discussion forum your in the group. didn't want to make things difficult with spreadsheets or downloads. at the end of the challenge 1-1- 18 log your finale weight and pounds loss. thanks and welcome to the group.1
