Skulpt Aim: Terrible experience, complete waste of money

Hey folks, don't know if any of you are considering purchasing a fitness tracker from Skulpt, but I thought I'd share my experience and allow you to make your own decisions from there.
I bought a Skulpt Aim for my wife for Christmas this past year. First thing I noticed upon using it was that the measurements don't seem to be very accurate. While I was seeing other body fat measurements showing me a reduction in BF%, this device consistently showed my BF% measurements increasing. Even the mirror told a story that conflicted with the Aim's results. Muscle quality, well not sure what that really means but as I've been building mass and strength, again the device shows a declining trend line for "muscle quality".
However, my bigger concern is that after a little more than a month of using the device, the battery won't even hold a charge long enough to do a full 12-point measurement. Skulpt claims to have a 45-day return policy and a 1 year warranty, but of course the only way to get ahold of them is to email them or use a form on their website. I've tried both for the last 2 weeks and have gotten no response. I've taken to their Facebook page and found other people with similar issues with the device and similar experience trying to get RMA's for warranty service.
Up to you what you folks want to do, but based on my personal experience, I'd say find someone else to give your hard earned cash to.

I bought one a year ago and never could get it to give me an accurate readout. I am a powerlifter ranging in the low 20s in BF but it kept telling me that my muscle mass was shredded like a bodybuilder but my BF was 98%. After 6 months of attempting to get any response from the company I finally gave up.
However, I have 2 other friends that have it and LOVE them.0 -
I've been using the Skulpt Chisel for about a month now. The device and app have been solid. But, I had a question and emailed Skulpt. And, like the posts above I have not heard back in several days now.0

Why are you resurrecting all of these old threads?0
