Hi people.
Problem I have is I get bored very quickly of workouts.
Ive seen a nutritionist and his managed to sort my diet out and helped me put a stone on in 10weeks. but now we trying to keep that weight (gonna lose some which I know) and create some size.
Anyway like I said I get bored is there any tips on what to do (workouts) or advice

How about short-mesocycle periodization?0
