Excessive sweating even when not working out

Hi Fitness Pals,
This may not be a very pleasant topic but I have a question for the community.
Has anyone else notice an increase in their sweating as they become more fit?
I have reached my goals in weight loss and am now working out to maintain and to continue to achieve good muscle tone.
I am finding that I seem to sweat a lot more than I used to. I even sweat when I'm not exercising and when he ambient temperature is not hot.
I was wondering if ours have experienced this?

Yes--you have developed a more efficient cooling system. It's part of physical adaptation to an exercise routine.1
