so I will probably gain this week, I already expect it, and its ok, Im not falling off track or having a big eating out or family BBQ, but I have a marathon coming up on SUNDAY ahhh (I am NOT a runner, I hate running, this all started out as a joke about 27 weeks ago, but somehow me and a friend convinced each other that doing a marathon would be fun, before this, I ran 5 miles twice ever, after 4 years of working out, I ran 5 miles twice and hated it both times) but a big part of running a successful marathon is carb loading, Im not talking like pasta for 3 meals, im talking all day eating carbs, I need like 600 g of carbs each day for 3 days before the marathon, this will be my 2nd marathon (did one in july) and its amazing what all those carbs do for you, but thats like 3000+ calories a day. but good news is Ill burn all those calories off running 26.2 miles, then right after im doing a 2 mile suicide prevention walk.
