Can you lose 10 lbs in August ? I believe you can if you will work hard so here is the challenge for you.
Lose 10 pounds by Sep 1 using what ever exercise program you like and stay under your calorie goal for each day.
Record your weight loss like this:

SW - xxx lbs (Monday August 1)
Week 1 - xxx lbs (Monday August 8)
Week 2 - xxx lbs (Monday August 15)
Week 3 - xxx lbs (Monday August 22)
Week 4 - xxx lbs (Monday August 29)
Total lost - xx lbs (Thursday September 1)

    There is an august challenge being run in the introduction forum, you should join us!? The goal is to loose 10lbs in the month and then there are mini challenges being set per week also!
