Hi there! It's essentially focused on extremely low carbs and going high on fats and proteins. I'm still learning as I go along, but it's been said to help with PCOS, diabetes, those who have a lot of weight to lose. There are quite a few folks on MFP who are Keto, so let's learn together! 2
