It's basically low carb (less than 20g), moderate protein & high fat. I've seen alot of success from people doing Keto so I'm giving it a try. I did it for 1 week a month ago and lost 6lb but then I got married so I ate/drank all of the carbs haha.0 -

i'm a vegan keto-er. been on it 45 days now. I do IF as well and i just finished an 8 day fast. i've lost 25 lbs in 45 days so far. i think a keto community apart from the low carbers would be beneficial.0
