    September goal: 155
    Utimate goal is still undecided, I'm more motivated by fitness vs scale at this point but I think 145 would be my lowest acceptable weight.

    September 8: 157.5 - better than expected!
    September 15: 157.8 - I'm running my first half tomorrow so I've been relaxed with my carbs a couple days. I have faith that this number will be better next week!
