I need to switch up my diet, so any suggestions will be very helpful.

Welcome. What are you currently doing for diet?0

I'm consuming 3300 cals a day.
About 414 g of carbs
Around 240 g of protein
Under 70 g of fat.
I'm a bit lost now, I want to bulk to grow lower body but upper body gets big (don't like it) but I'm scared to lean out because Im going to lose some hard gained muscle while im at it. SO I don't know what to do from here. AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!0 -
