Evenings are worst for me craving snacks

Back to counting calories since exercise isn't doing it because I keep eating and making the excuse I will burn it off! SO done with this crazy cycle of lose and gain. Help motivate me during these up coming winter months and holidays!

    I'm right there with you. The best plans go awry at 7pm when I start foraging through the cupboards!

    I used to be very snacky in the evenings as well. Especially in the winter.

    Some people save some calories during the day for the evening/night time.

    That didn't work for me. Once I start eating I want more. So I trained myself just to stop eating.

    Now I eat all of my calories during the day and close the kitchen after dinner. It took some time for my body to adjust, but it did after a couple of weeks.

    Also instead of snacking and watching TV, I go for a walk or workout instead.

    I am terrible for night eating especially around 8. I always want to eat some sweet cereal. I can say that I have started getting that under control but I am allowed a snack in the evening. I just try to make it single serve smart pop popcorn and no later than 7.
