Toning stomach?

So I went from 163 pounds & now at 124. I'm 5'4 & a female.. lol
Anyways. Now I'm wanting to maintain my weight & tone my stomach more. How do I do that? Should I lose more weight to tone it? Should I leave calories left over to keep losing small amounts? I work out everyday as well. I walk incline on the treadmill. I just need some advice. Thanks.

Start working on your core. There are a lot of ab workout videos on YouTube that you could incorporate into your exercise routine or start yoga or Pilates.0

Lift weights....when we lose weight we lose fat+lean muscle mass. Strength training helps us hang onto a larger % of lean muscle mass. Great for bone health too.3 -

Calorie deficit is how everyone loses weight. The type of food you eat and meal timing are just personal preferences.
Really helpful posts...........

Hows your sleep quality? if you get that undercontrol you will see some serious fat loss/toning13

You can't spot reduce unfortunately. My best advice would be to look into recomping. Eat at maintenance and start working with weights. We all have a 6 pack but to reveal them giving that toned look you need to get your overall body fat percentage down.0
