86 lbs lost! Before and after picture

Through clean eating and crossfit workouts I have lost 86 lbs since January. Weight has always been a struggle of ups and downs for me but I finally after many years was able to establish a healthy relationship with food. Instead of living to eat I am now eating to live. Fueling my body with whole healthy meals that give me energy and keep my feeling full and satisfied. I track the majority of my meals and am just starting to focus on my macros. Down 86 pounds and feeling amazing. Started at 310lbs and now at 224lbs. Still have a ways to go but I will get there!

I know so many of us struggle with our weight. Y'all can do it! Keep trying!
