Loads. How many calories are you looking to devote to them and are there any food allergies/foods you don't want in them?
(Apologies if it takes a little time to post. Today is my cooking day and I'm just catching up in the forums before I get started.)1 -

I make room for a treat every single day. Elimination diets are great when I'm "on a diet" but they have never been useful for me when I'm at goal. I need to manage sweets....not eliminate them.

Cottage cheese with half a tablespoon of jam. About 100 calories.3

No allergies, 150-200 calories0

I love ice cream sandwiches and the mini ones only have 100 calories and I believe a normal sized one is around 160. Halo top ice cream is very good too, they vary in calories from 240-320 but if you only eat half it's not so bad.3

Well, this week, I made crockpot applesauce:
48 oz, Apples, peeled and cored
1 tbsp(s), Honey
1 tbsp(s), Sugars, brown
0.25 cup, Water
1 tsp(s), Vanilla extract
1 tsp(s), Spices, cinnamon, ground
0.12 tsp(s), Spices, nutmeg, ground
107 calories to the half cup. Just put everything in the crockpot for 8 hours and give it a stir once in a while.3 -

Halo Top ice cream is sooooooo good. 250 for an entire pint? Yes please. I've only tried the strawberry and I recommend it 100%.6

I like pavlova, hard to make yourself well unless your very accurate in baking, but bought ones are good. Tastes fine plain, but traditionally you put cream and fruit on it (I leave out the cream).0

Low-cal strawberry shortcake (105 cals total)
1 sugar free dessert shell (Wal-Mart sells them) 65 cals, 28g carbs
6 tablespoons of Reddiwhip Fat Free Whipped Cream 15 cals, 3g carbs
1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced 25 cals, 4.4g, but these aren't "bad" carbs and strawberries are considered a low sugar fruit.
These shells aren't quite as moist as the ones with sugar, but the 6 tablespoons of whipped cream is more than enough to compensate for that. I'm very picky, but these satisfy my sweet tooth.4 -
2 Wasa Light Rye crackers (60 cals.)
12g Chocolate PB2 (mixed w/water to consistency you want) (45 cals.)
Sliced banana on top (depends on size/grams)
Sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice3 -
