    Sept. 11 - 197.6 Crazy emotional week. Not eating good all weekend and not eating enough during the week caused this. Not sure how to feel about this. Hope it keeps moving in that direction though. Just would like it under happier and healthier conditions.
    Sept. 18 - 198 actual got down to 196 during the week but the weekend hit. Need to figure out how to handle the weekends.

    My first weight gain since I've been on MFT. My excuses are that Sunday we had a family reunion and, while I did not overeat, I did eat more carbs than is on my plan and not quite enough protein. I had no problem passing by the cakes and cupcakes, and brownies. I turned 67 yesterday and weigh 82 pounds less than my highest weight (several years ago) and 52 pounds less than I did in January. So I can't be too upset about the .6 gain. Just time to get back on program!
