Hi I'm 27 and a single mum and I have decided enough is enough I need to loose weight for me and for my little boy.

    • Set yourself a sustainable rate of loss (don't automatically go for 2lbs a week, it's not suitable for everyone)

    • Remember weight loss doesn't have to be miserable.
