Great job!! What all did you do to get there?

Counting calories on mfp, working out (cardio and strength training), and hypnosis to help me stick to my plan and help me with binge eating/emotional eating

Wow! 12 inches on your hips alone, that's amazing! If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you? Did you lift on a calorie deficit?

Thank you! I'm 5'6. I didn't do a lot of weight training although I mostly use my body weight. I've recently started adding low weights when I do crunches and stuff like that and am gonna slowly go up as i get stronger. And yes i am on a calorie deficit most days

Only if i am still hungry at the end of the day but usually not. I also give myself a higher calorie goal than some people at 1800 so that kind of includes in my mind the exercising i do. I've also tried eating 1200 a day goal and then eating back whatever calories my hr fitbit tells mfp to give me but this way works better for me.
