So far a 4.2 lb loss. Hopefully have the .8 in me this last week. I have been very good on eating so I am proud of myself no matter what...no candy so far this month (I have a serious candy problem)7 -

So I'm confused because I have a really hard time believing that I am at 145. One of the problems is that I have been using two different scales and the one with the lighter weight is apparently the one that is accurate - but I just don't feel it. I might ask if I can use the scale at the doc next week. But I just wanted to check in either way5 -

I always use the same scale. That way I know how much i lost. Not as concerned about the actual number. However, if this is the more accurate scale you should believe it.1
