I'm losing about 1.8 pounds per week, wish it could just be 2 pounds, smh LOL14 -
I have just started the 5:2 and found this challenge for September. My dates do not start from the 1st September.

I am so going in the wrong direction on my scale. Too many happy hours, too much eating out, too many days without planning what I'm going to eat. I'm starting a detox today and seeing what I can salvage in the last few weeks of this month!3

Happy Sunday, everyone!
Finally saw a whoosh this week! Perseverance and patience pays off.
Non-scale victories: A belt I couldn't wear this time last year, I can buckle, in the second largest hole. And I don't feel like it's cutting me in half.
We went kayaking yesterday, we hadn't been in a while. I was able to get in and out of my boat without help. I have been paddling for 8 years, and always needed help. Last year I bought a sit-on boat, instead of the sit-in, and that was better but I still needed my husband to give me a pull to get out. That was a huge deal for me.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Average from August 21st - August 27th: 213.6
Average from August 28th - September 3rd: 213.1
Average from September 4th - September 10th: 213.4
Average from September 11th - September 17th: 211.5 Whoosh!
