quitting fast food/soda because they're so easy to access. What are some quick/easy healthy foods I could prepare and take to work or eat at home?

    Have you tried Subway? It's quite quick, and lots of health options!

    Kashi cereal and granola bars. Love them! Also fresh fruits and veggies. Apples, bananas, seet peppers, cucumbers, oranges can just be thrown into your purse.

    Fast food isn't always bad--check the calories beforehand. I LOVE soda, but I've recently switched to diet soda, so if you can do that, try it!
