44lbs down. CICO, hiking, yoga and a whole bunch of stairs!

I hit 44lbs down today and had to get new clothes. Took a pic in the dressing room to compare. I don't see huge changes in myself. This side by side helped me see the difference. Still a long ways to go but am very happy with my progress so far. Counting calories. Hiking/walking. Yoga (my fav). Climbing the escarpment stairs (which are 31 flights) 3 times a week.
