Hey Vegans,
I've been plant based for over 6 months and exercise often. Trying to lost the last 10 lbs and in a calorie deficit.

I supplement B12, iodine, DHA, and vitamin D.
Protip: You can get your B12, D, and iron levels easily checked at your annual checkup. I do this every year and it tipped me off that I wasn't taking enough vitamin D, so I was able to double my daily dose and address the problem. You can fix any problems and also get peace of mind about your current supplementation situation.1 -

I had the same issue with Vitamin D. I was always tired. A few days after taking D, I noticed a huge difference!
I also take Omega because most vegetarians don't eat enough foods with Omega and it's amazing for you. But you should ask your doctor first because it does make your blood thinner. Good luck!!2 -
Hi, I supplement B12 (this is very important) and sometimes Pea Protein with L-Glutamine.
Obs: I make Shakes with Spirulina powder sometimes too, but I don't consider Spirulina like a supplement.0 -
I take a daily multivitamin for women and B12. In the winter months I'll start taking vitamin D as well.0

I have a daily multivit and also the MyProtein Vegan Blend which I use post-workout if my protein has been quite low that day.0
