Thanks for the tips everyone! I'm hoping to find my 'calorie sweet spot' and stick to it as much as I can.1

1700 is my goal. I have lost 60 pounds eating between 1700 and 2000 calories. Life is good.1

When I started I was 267 pounds at 5'4" and 49 years old. I lost well at 1830 calories and continued to lose well with the amount of calories MFP gave me to lose a pound/week, even without added exercise in the first few months. I know everyone here is quick to say that the problem can't be eating too little. I'm not so sure. When I was closing in on my goal weight at WW years ago and frustrated because I couldn't lose, my leader told me to eat at the top of my points range and eat all my exercise points - I was at goal in 3 weeks. Everyone's body is different.
Hang in there.1 -
