inner thigh and tummy

bit of a problem
i row on average 9.5km, walk about 7km a day. i dont eat badly, drink alcohol maybe every fortnight.
i just cant seem to tone up my inner thighs and have a couple of inches round my stomach i cant shift.
i do abs exercises for the tummy. nothing seems to work.
anyone help ???

only way to get rid of that is to burn off the fat. so eat better, cut your cals and burn the fat. abs are created in the kitchen, not the gym0
