First of Four Goals Accomplished! (Showing a lot of skin, so beware)

First off, sorry for so much skin haha - I felt that this was the best way for me to really gage my progress without feeling I was hiding anything under clothing. So If you don't mind bras, panties, and an awful lot of fluff-n-stuff, then click the attachment.

I'm definitely not finished, but I'm proud of the progress - I started at 230 pounds and have gotten to my first goal of 200 pounds. Next up, 180!

I'm not exactly a motivational speaker, but if you're needing a boost I can tell you - once you get in your groove, the rest falls in line so that fighting cravings/motivation while finding your strength and energy becomes easier day-by-day. There's been a lot of trial and error on my part, but the thing that helps me the most right now is being completely honest about what lead me to being nearly 100 pounds overweight, forgiving, and learning to love myself every step of the way.

Hope this helps a little!

Also, kudos for being strong enough to post your photos.

Thank you! It's a bit embarrassing so I appreciate that!

Massively! This is the first time I've been able to get the healthy ball rolling and keep it going for longer than a month! I feel better now, both in energy and in self-esteem, than I ever did when I was younger and struggling with loosing 30 pounds!
