Frustrated and mad.
I weigh about 170. 5'7" 52 yo woman.

Is 120 your goal? Maybe that's why it's not maintainable?0

Getting back on the horse is what counts. Knowing where you've been and that you want back there will motivate you! I did the same thing and was in one heck of a rut for quite a while.1

120 is goal. I know that's thin, but that's what I weighed for many, many years and I was happy and felt good there.
But, if 120 is realistic for me right now isn't the issue. I weighed 149 when I "took a break" after losing 40 pounds. Regained back to 170 and now I am losing again.
