Lack of gym drive...

Hey guys, lately ive lost majority of my drive and motivation in the gym... just feeling meh when im training (under huge amounts of stress with scale weight for work reasons)
Anyone have tips?

    Just keep going to the gym...you'll get over this hump! I promise. Sometimes I don't want to go to the gym-but I put myself on autopilot and push through my workouts. You got this! :)

  • Gym?!Yuk! Power walking on the beach? Yup! Ceroc?!Yup! Cycling with friends?Yup! Sweaty smelly gym surrounded by strangers who are younger, prettier and fitter than me? No thanks. If you don't like the gym then do what you do like.

    Ditto. Find ways to exercise that are enjoyable.... this will make the whole process more manageable!

    So much this. I loathe a traditional gym. I found right type of activity for me - something I love and it has made all the difference in my fitness journey.
