Alright guys, so here are the possible points for tomorrow in case you need a reminder:
**** 1 point for everyone on the team who does 100 jumping jacks (these can be broken up throughout the day
**** 1 point for everyone on the team who doesn’t go over their target calories, and drinks at least 8 cups of water.
Don’t forget that if everyone gets both points every day, we get an extra 10 points a week!
PLEASE log your progress in week format (that way if I miss you I don’t have to go back through pages of replies to find yours :-) For example, hopefully tomorrow everyone will post . .

Hello Everyone,
Just got in from camping weekend so the first thing I did was start to get caught up and learn everyone's names.
I'm Lisa B from West Montrose Ontario Canada...am I the only Canadian?? LOL... I'm 40 at the end of August, married with 3 kids and going to be returning to work at the end of summer.
I've set my weight loss goal at 155 but depending on how things go I may push for more. I'd really love to get to 140 but am not sure that is realistic or maintainable. Will have to see.
I've taken up running in the last number of months...inspired by gal at work who runs marathons-- she's been my weekly running coach.
Looking forward to connecting with you all in MFP...0 -

I can't believe I did 100 jumping jacks. I haven't done those in years. But I pushed myself and completed it!!! Woo hoo! GO BOOTIE BUSTERS!!

Ill do the best I can for this week guys. I saw the orthopod this morning who is thinking I have a stress fracture of the hip. I am still praying that he is wrong though. I have an MRI scheduled for Wednesday ... so I am not allowed to do a thing until then that involves standing, using my legs, or moving ... severly limiting my exercise choices!!0 -
