Starting...again.

Had some things happen this past year that put my fitness goals on hold. Now I am looking to start again. First with walking as main excercise then will move up to running. Let’s motivate each other.

    Just recently started again myself this past Monday. I'm in the walk/ light jog phase of getting back to daily running myself again! Good luck :-))

    Trying to break a plateau and getting back on track after a couple months of slacking. Knee issues took me from my rec soccer league and runs, so slowly working my way back to my previous endurance.
