my handstand days are over. I'll go with push-ups for strength training, and cycling for cardio.

Walking. And I'm not sure whether working out in my basement counts as a gym, but I have to admit I'm kind of starting to love lunges.

I've re-discovered geocaching as an excuse for a walk and motivation to get off my butt when I need it.
I also spend a lot of time in my garden, just pottering around, mowing the lawn, weeding, etc.
I'm retired so I need to find motivation to get out and do things, not necessarily energetic things either.

    Pickleball.
  • Walking. I'm bloody heavy so running knackers my joints but I've lost 27lbs in 6 weeks, the only exercise being walking 1,400 steps in the morning then going for a couple of mile walk at lunch time.

All of them. Haven't been to the gym in over 10 years. Do not miss that.

However, single favorite exercise used to be running. Needed to let that go due to injuries and now I'm enjoying riding my spin bike.

Walking (I use Run, Zombies! app for additional fun), hiking, Zumba and Just Dance workouts on the Wii. I actually like gyms but it's cheaper not to have a membership and I likely wouldn't be able to use one enough to justify the cost.

Walking/hiking. If I can get out in nature I'm happy. I hate being stuck in a gym. The only exercise I do indoors is yoga.

I get a lot of exercise by hanging out with my dog. Sometimes it's running, hiking or walking. Other times we hang out in the yard and play tug of war or fetch. I like to do lunges and squats and stuff while I wait for her to retrieve the ball. She is a total bundle of energy, so I can always count on her to keep me going!

Walking. When the weather is nice my husband and I walk in the park. One lap is almost a mile and we try to do three laps, but my bad knee doesn't always let me.

When is too hot (six months of the year, I'm in Texas) or too cold we walk in the mall. Four laps of the mall is a mile. I have a counter on a necklace I wear to increment the laps as we walk them.

I also ride a stationary bike at home. I would love to ride my real bike again, but I had major knee surgery four years ago to correct a dislocating knee and I don't trust it on a real bike with balancing my obese body, and I'm afraid of falling and injuring the knee again. Maybe as I gain strength and get closer to my goal weight. Maybe not. We will just have to wait and see.

I love walking outside. I usually play Pokémon Go or listen to music as I walk.
