My Shannon and I met whilst trying to cheat off each others spelling test in the 6th grade, unfortunately for us both...neither of us can spell to save our lives.

I met my Shannon in 8th grade homeroom on the first day of school. She walked in wearing sparkly jeans (remember those babies?!) and I told her I liked them. We've been joined at the hip for 18 years now

My Shannon lives three houses down the road from me. She was the first person I told about my separation and she documented all our conversations as social worker sessions so that if I ever needed them for the divorce they would be there. She's the best person I know and we plan to be doddering old biddies living together with way too many cats that we complain about but secretly love3
