Hi! I’m completely new so this sounds like a perfect small goal to get me moving forward!

Ultimate goal I want to get down to 175lbs and see how I feel!
I decided to start weighing myself on Tuesdays so I have tweaked the dates to stick to that.

LOL...just realized I put my October goal as 199 for a big 2lb weight loss! Should be 196. I think I got too excited about the 100s.

Thanks for the thread October will be a little weird for me, away on holiday 23rd - 27th so I'm probably going to weigh the same at the end of the month as I do now (last time I went away I gained 3.5lbs so I'm planning around that). So in essence I'm hoping to lose at least that before I go2 -
