Just starting back on this weight loss since my hypothyroidism got worse recently and made me jump up 30lbs in the last couple months! I'm ready to work for a thinner, healthier me! I am super embarrassed by these numbers but I am learning to embrace them so that I can work to lower them! Bare with me, I have a lot of goals, I want them to start small. Its the little accomplishments that keep us going
Original starting weight : Around 275lbs
October starting weight : Around 275lbs, I have not weighed myself in the last few weeks.

Goal by End of Year: 230lbs
Goal by August 2018(Wedding!!): 180lbs

Don't feel bad or embarrassed- when I first started MFP I lost 45lbs but then I had an injury and regained 35lbs because of the medication… and now that I'm off the meds
I'm losing again
Moral of the story, life happens - and things happen that we cannot control, but we keep

Thanks for the thread October will be a little weird for me, away on holiday 23rd - 27th so I'm probably going to weigh the same at the end of the month as I do now (last time I went away I gained 3.5lbs so I'm planning around that). So in essence I'm hoping to lose at least that before I go2 -
