While researching for a good protein powder, i see some sites saying that soy or soy lechithin is generally bad for you. Mind you almost every protein powder includes those ingredients.
So is it really bad?

You may find this, by an RD, of interest: http://veganhealth.org/articles/soy_wth
It's written for vegans, but can also apply to anyone who wants to include soy in their diet.
Bottom line for me: soy is an extensively studied food and based on what we know about it, I am not concerned with including it in my diet.0 -
My doctor had me cut anything with soy in it out of my diet to see if it would help with hormonal issues. It made no difference whatsoever so for me I have no issue with eating it! Its also a pain to cut out completely because soy lecithin is in so many things0
