Hello everyone, i'm new here, my goal is to get in shape after an herniated disc surgery. started this exercising program '' fitness blender '' and i think i can lose 10 kg in 8 weeks

I use fitness blenders's videos. They're fun. It's time to adjust your expectations. 10 kgs = 22 lbs. That means losing 2.75 lbs per week. That's not realistic unless you have nearly 100 lbs to lose. What's the rush?2

if i can lose 8 maybe 7 in 8 weeks it would be great i'm fixing the '' Max '' hat's all, i use to be in good shape but with the herniated disk an post surgery i gained a lot of weight. Fitness blender promised a 16-24 lb loss '' 8 week program'' with watching out my diet i'll be very pleased even if i lose 6 kg. thank you for your reply.0
