    I'm baaaack!! Woo hoo!

    40 minute circuit work out at the gym! I took it easy though, still coughing off and on.

    And I have yet to figure out why I crave a bowl of cereal after I work out! :love:

    Great job!! Are you eating something to "fuel" your workout beforehand?? It could be your body's way of telling you that you need something. I love cereal!! mmm mm :tongue:

    Thanks...yeah I had breakfast this morning. It's hard for me to balance eating enough and close enough to my work out, but not have it give me heartburn while I am exercising!

    Ya, I think that there's a real art to it! You have to eat, but not too close to your workout or you end up with oatmeal all over your treadmill!! :laugh: EWWWW!! Could you just imagine??!! :laugh: :laugh:

    Im too lazy to exercise at this point but I promise everyone on here that I will exercise tomorrow. I was still sore today from the other day that i exercised I couldn't believe it. My goal is to get into a 2 piece swim suit for this summer. We will see what happens. :tongue: I have my tummy and theighs to work on. I would like to work on my upper body strenght also. Does anyone know how to deal with the skin that is right in front of your armpits kinda like a 3rd and 4th boobs?? :laugh: Good luck everyone with the weekend. We are celibrating my sons birthday so pizza is in order so I might have to workout twice. :ohwell:

    Im so proud of myself. We are going to celibrate with my son and his friends tomorrow night and eat pizza and I just went to the website and found out how many calories each piece is about and then the desert so I know how much I have to burn in order to eat what I want to eat Im so proud of myself. 5.gif

    I got my workout done early today! I did my BL power sculpt video for weeks 3 & 4. It was pretty fun! It really keeps you moving!! Then I jumped on the treadmill for a 530 calorie burn! I'm feelin' great now!

    It is a gorgeous day out today (except for the swampy mess from the melting snow/ice), so Oliver (my sausage dog) and I went out for a 1.25 mile walk - 276 calories burned! WOO HOO
    I was wearing shorts & a hoodie, and the hoodie was too warm! :flowerforyou:

    I joined a gym!! I am going to workout later tonight!! I am so excited. I think this will help get through this.

    I joined on Thursday and worked out thurs fri and this morning. I love it. Tomorrow is a rest day - I've exercised for like 8 or 9 days straight. - OOPS. Also love my Polar F6 - the machines read it automatically I don't even have to look at the watch - so cool.

    My DH went with me today just me and him - I loved it!

    It was 70 degrees here today - like spring time

    I found the most awesome workout! It's called Piloxing and it's a combination of boxing and Pilates. It's so fun! I've been doing it for 3 days so far and I'm a little sore. Anyone else heard of it?

    Well I have been sick the past couple of days and I had the runs yesterday and even threw up last night. I was hoping I was done so I went to the park today because it was absolutely beautiful here. Sunny and in the 60's. Anyways I walked jogged for about 35 minutes and then had to make it to the bathroom so I quit after that. I almost didnt make it. But I still burned 378 calories so it was worth it.

    I am going to start going back to the gym for my classes in the morning. I have only been once in the past 3 weeks because of weather and sickness in the house. I am hoping that we are all over it now.

    I got outside for a walk this evening and it was wonderful! Tomorrow will be even better at 68 degrees! :flowerforyou: I even grilled chicken breasts tonight and they were yummy - some spinach and homemade mashed potatoes on the side!

    Ok team, LAST CHANCE WORKOUTS the next 2 days!!!

    Today was a rest day for me - I had exercised 8 days straight. Will exercise Mon, Tues, hopefully Thur and Fri (I'll be out of town) then Sat and rest Sunday...

    I have to travel on Wed so can't then...

    Did ok with calories this weekend. Still need to up water - I think only 64 oz is not enough for me in my weight loss journey.

    Watched a repeat of an old Biggest loser and Kim was lecturing her last team member about how bad his nutrition was and the reason was he wasn't eating enough. He told her it went against everything he's ever learned to eat more - funny I've felt that way many times but more and more I understand why. It was a great reminder.

    Today has sucked. I had the runs today and ick. My stomach hasn't been the best either. I missed my sons first wrestling match. I feel horrible however he got second place. 1st time wrestler he did a great job. :drinker: If feeling better tomorrow im going to workout again. Im still not feeling up to par since getting out of the hospital. BL cardio doing bob for 20mins has been taking it out of me I don't even want to try 30 day shred yet. I don't know what is up. I know take it easy but its so hard sometimes when I just want to get right back into it. Tomorrow is going to be busy. We have a new bed coming. Im so excited no more sore backs in the morning. Then I have a gal that comes to my house once a week to help me out and then conferences. Anyone up to watching a couple of kids. LOL. So inbetween in I need to exercise and get some sleep in. Crazy crazy. O yea and on top of this all TOM showed up. I was suppose to have the Jaws of life this week "physical" and now i have to cancel. Dang. :laugh:

    Oh, j, you're so funny. Well I ate crap today out of boredom. Worked out twice on my rest day to try to burn it away. Still over and beat. It's my 12 th anniversary and my husband is on his way home from Ottawa, Alb. My 16 yr old daughter has been in a huge hockey tourney playing against 21 yr olds even! Apparently she did great and has had Scouts asking about her so I'm very proud of her. Man am I tired. K, no more pigouts-even on PMS week. I promise.
    Sanifrey-are those you're kiddies on you're ticker-sure cute, esp. the guy on the rt with the crinkled nose:smooched: :smooched: :heart: I am doing great with the water anyway. I just read in Oxygen Mag that one of their fit. models says to drink 4L of water a day! Must be a typo. That's 16 cups of water a day!:drinker:

    YUP!! My new ticker is of my girls!! MJ will be 3 & Gabby will be 1 - she does that crinkle nose thing all the time!! It's really funny!

    Well it is before 7am and I am up and getting ready to take the kids to school and then to step class at the gym. It feels good to be going again. JG I know how you feel. I had the runs this weekend and my stomach was going crazy for 2 days. The sounds it was making was pretty funny LOL.

    I will be back on again. OH GOOD NEWS. I am down into the 250's now. YEA.
