Proud.
I just came back from a 5 day cruise.
I went to the gym three days during that time. Excercising surrounded by ocean is just a cool feeling!
I enjoyed some very physical excursions (kayaking and snorkeling). Ate what I wanted, kept portion control in mind (one night I tried a bite or two of four different desserts - because I could! :-)
And yet I stepped on the scale this morning and only gained about 2 lbs.
Y’all, coming from a guy who used to weigh 350 lbs 7 years ago, I can’t tell you how excited I am that I’m learning how to enjoy food, enjoy vacation and yet, still not loose complete control!
And BTW - I got up and ran my 5 Miles today too!
It’s never too late and you’re never too far gone.
Go get you some healthy choices today!
