Like-minded people!

Hi MFP world!

I’ve recently joined and I’m looking for people who can help keep me motivated, and who I can motivate! I’m currently training for my first half marathon, and I’d love to hear from those of you who have done one (or more!).

As far as diet, I have a pretty good thing going on already. I do intermittent fasting, and I watch what I eat during my non-fasting times. Always open to hearing from other fasters! For those who don’t know, intermittent fasting does not mean I’m starving myself. I eat 2 large meals a day and I snack in between. I actually probably eat more than most! It works for me and that’s what matters :)

    Welcome! I trained for a 1/2 marathon then decided not to register because of traffic. Good luck with your training.

    That’s great! I haven’t been doing it long but I do enjoy it so far. What’s your IF schedule like?!
