One year later_same weight

These pictures are one year apart. The left is last year and the right is today.
I am the same EXACT weight in both pictures. The difference... I've been strength training the past few months. Kettlebell workouts, jogging and I have recently started HIIT videos.

I'm so focused on the number on the scale, I didn't see the change until I put the pictures side by side. This was just the motivation I needed to keep doing what I'm doing even though the scale isn't moving. Might not look like much to anyone else but I can tell a difference.

It's kind of hard to tell with the different clothes and distance from the camera. How many inches have you lost?0

I can tell in my lack of chipmunk cheeks. hehe
I have no clue really, I never measured.1 -
You have to remember just because the numbers on the scale haven't change dosent mean you haven't lost fat. Muscle mass weighs more that fat4
