KareninLux I am with you on that one!
September=eye surgery that limited me way more than I thought it would. I heard no limits=well that wasn't accurate. Well forget the next eye until it is a good time to do it. Also sickness in September and some bad choices, over the top stress........! Beginning again!

I've got the exercising down pretty, but I just keep eating when I'm not hungry and I don't drink enough water. So my goal is to get in 6 glasses of water a day and try to use that instead of food when I'm bored or procrastinating3 -
