Not sure if I'll get down to 145 by the end of October but we'll see! I had a lot of salty foods this weekend but plan to eat clean for the rest of the week!

Hello, Thanks for challenge @SamanthaLouiseMence!! It has been a while since I have did one of these type of challenges. I did not know this forum existed until about 2 months ago. In the olden days of MFP these were done all the time, I even ran a few of them but when the forums changed and they added groups I did not know they had set this up for these types of challenges vs the formal groups.
So here I am, going to try this out and try to stick with it to year end at least. My weigh in day is Monday.
