Howdy Gals,

Good day at the office...we have a new officer and a new chief. I feel like we FINALLY have a Police Department that will be long lasting. We all get along so well! I enjoy going to work again...it's been a long long time.

Glad your feeling a bit better Vicky. I hat coughing fits. It's not only irritating and inconvenient...if it's too deep a cough I "leak"...:blushing: I love that Whoopie commercial...sez it all! keep that moisture in the air...though living in the UK I can't believe there isn't already enough mist lingering about.

Checked out Anita, Deb's menus for the day. Doing pretty well....BUT!!!!! YOU NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER. Just sayin'.
