    Thanks @CoachJen71.
We found out that our IVF didn't work. So we're pretty bummed out. Just trying to decide what to do next...

    Sucacess/struggles of the week:
I'm the exact same weight as last week. But I'm alright with that for now because I had a really bad migraine for about two and half days that literally knocked me out.

I didn't get a chance to do 1 out of my 5 small workouts because I was in hospital with my son. He had a small accident but alls well thankfully.

Food wise I seem to be making good enough choices. A difference this week was avocados. I found 4 for a £1 and they were soooooo ripe and creamy and went well with what I paired them with. (May be my downfall for the week???)

Anywho, I'm determined to make October a success. @kgirlhart this thread helps me a lot too. So I'd like to thank everyone joining in every month!!!

I am so very sorry. *hugs* I have not tried IVF, but I remember the despair, pain, and loss from some early miscarriages.
