Ok So is this logic right? If 3500 calories is 1 pound and I'm allotted 1440 every day which equals 10080, I have to only eat 6580 a week to lose 1 pound a week?

If MFP gave you 1440 to eat - that's what you eat to lose a lb a week - you do not subtract anything from it.

Your allotted 1440 already includes your defict if you set yourself to 1lb per week when you set up your account (Guided set-up in goal).

Ok makes sense. So anything I burn from work outs is on top of the deficit MFP has already worked out for losing.

Yes. So if you burn 250 calories exercising, then you should eat an additional 250 calories. But the warning you will see over and over is that machines, MFP and other sources for how many calories you burn exercising may be grossly overstated. So if a machine tells you you burned 250 calories, your actual burn may be as low as 125. So the advice is to start by eating 50% - 75% of your calories from exercise for 6 weeks or so and see how your weight loss is going. If you are losing faster then planed, eat a bit more. Not losing enough, eat a bit less.
